Commissioned pieces are typically completed and delivered within 2–3 weeks from the date the order is placed.

Larger or more detailed works may require additional time — we’ll always keep you updated and confirm expected timelines before starting.

We ask for a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
